1. What services do you offer?
We provide full renovation and maintenance services—electrical, plumbing, tiling, roofing, painting, air-cond and more—handled by vetted, experienced local contractors. Located in Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia.

2. How do I book a consultation?
You can book directly via our website “Contact“ or “Fast Appointment“ if urgent. Just select your preferred date/time and service type, and we’ll match you with the right contractor and will go for site-visit.

3. Is there a consultation fee?
Yes, there is an RM80 per site visit fee to confirm your needs and provide accurate costing.
This fee is waived if you hire us after the consultation. All pricing will be transparent.

4. How are your contractors vetted?
Each contractor goes through:
Background & experience checks, Skill tests (when needed), On-site quality audits, Reviews from past clients.

5. Can I get an instant renovation quote?

6. Do I need to pay before the work starts?
Yes,
An RM80 consultation fee is payable upon our arrival at your site.
Deposit upon project confirmation.
Final balance upon job completion.
All Pricing is transparent.

7. Is there any warranty for your work?
