Remote Control Mode = Set to Cool & Temp 20°C.
Make sure Windows & Doors are closed.
Remote Batteries ok?
Filter Clean? If dusty, take them out, wash & dry the filters.
Power OFF for 5 mins.
Place your hand near the air outlet.
- If the airflow feels cold and crisp, your cooling system is functioning normally.
- If the airflow feels weak or not cold, further inspection is needed.
- Water still dripping from the Indoor Unit?

👉 If fixed → Enjoy cool air.
👉 If still not cold → Go to Section 2.

Airflow still weak?
Outdoor Unit Clean? Remove leaves.
Drain Water Flowing Outside Normally?
Place your hand near the air outlet.
- If the airflow feels cold and crisp, your cooling system is functioning normally.
- If the airflow still feels weak or not cold, further inspection is needed.
- Water still dripping from the Indoor Unit?

👉 If fixed → Done
👉 If still not cold → Call Technician.

遥控器电池正常吗？
过滤网干净吗？ 如果有灰尘，请取出清洗并晾干。
关闭冷气, 5 分钟后重启。

- 如果风感 冰冷麻痹，说明冷气系统正常运作。
- 如果风感 微弱或不冷，则需要进一步检查。
- 室内机是否还有滴水？

👉 如果问题已解决 → 享受凉爽空气。
👉 如果仍然不冷 → 前往 步骤 2。

步骤 2：中级检查

风感还是很弱吗？
室外机干净吗？ 移除树叶或杂物。
排水管有正常排水到室外吗？
将手放在出风口附近。
- 如果风感 冰冷清爽，说明冷气系统正常运作。
- 如果风感仍然 微弱或不冷，则需要进一步检查。
- 室内机是否还有水滴漏出？

👉 如果问题已解决 → 完成。
👉 如果仍然不冷 → 请联系技术人员。
